Program Summary: 

“Back up” your business or lose critical business knowledge, processes and momentum. Use the “Hire your Replacement” methodology to increase motivation of employees to do succession planning. 

Engage employees through “Plan your path” engagements to help them invest their time improving important skills for future advancement. 

Succession Planning is not a fix for catastrophic successions as much as it is ensuring you have a culture of improvement that is based on solid people, policies and processes.


Learning Objectives: 

1. Employers understand the importance of creating opportunity for people to manage their career path helping the organization gain better skills through employee improvement.

2. Hiring professionals and supervisors understand the “hiring your replacement” methodology to help the organization scale well.

3. Key leaders understand the importance of documenting all processes and key corporate knowledge maintain momentum of organization through personnel changes.

4. Onboarding well is the key to succession planning. The faster people understand the business of the business, the faster they are able to make a difference.


About the Speaker: 

Dave has successfully raised millions of dollars to help people overcome homelessness. Because of his work with the homeless raising millions of dollars for their care, he received the Key to the City of Grand Forks from Mayor Mike Brown in the fall of 2014.

In 2015 Dave founded Bold Leading because of his commitment to help nonprofit leaders find the resources to fuel their cause. He coaches executive directors, fundraisers and boards on how to develop and manage an organizational culture of fundraising.

Non-members: Please register and submit payment one week prior to the meeting. $20 charge per meeting.
