In our work we do within our organizations it seems that change has become a constant. We have the responsibility to hire, train, and develop employees in organizations, yet, as HR professionals, we rarely train and develop employees for leading and managing change and transition.
This presentation looks at different ways to understand change and transition and provides a framework for transition leadership/management in organizations as well as strategies to prepare, train, and develop employees for transition.
1. Understand the difference between change and transition
2. Reflect and identify transition in organizations
3. Apply a framework for transition leadership/management in organizations
4. Prepare, train, and develop employees for transition
