Knowing that it amazes me how little time and energy is put into onboarding at most companies when you consider how much time and energy is put into recruiting. Onboarding is arguably the most important part of making sure an employee stays engaged. A WOW on-boarding experience should scream “We’re excited for you, we need you, and we’ve got our act together.” So how do you, start your employees off right? In this message, Dawn will reveal how to develop a business case for creating an engaging and empowering onboarding program. Participants will also explore how to integrate their onboarding program with their employer value proposition and organizational culture. Overall participants will walk away ready to implement this change in their organization so they can recruit and retain key talent.
