Discover how to identify and understand naturally reoccurring patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in staff members. Learn about team dynamics, communication adaptations, value hot buttons, managing stress, and building learning and development offerings that yield the greatest results.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn why it is important for companies to uncover and utilize employee assets, and how to increase successful completion of strategic goals in both your role and that of the staff on your team through communication and coaching
  2. Develop self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness, and relationship management skills that will equip you to successfully navigate conflict and communicate effectively
  3. Discover how to identify and understand naturally reoccurring patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in staff members and how to build learning and development offerings that yield the greatest results

Schedule:

Doors open at 8:00 AM with a light breakfast available. The conference will start at 8:30 AM. 

There will be a break starting at 11:15 AM to allow for the lunch-only attendees to join. 

During lunch, Stosh Walsh will be presenting 5 Questions You Must Ask Your Team-A Template for Creating Shared Purpose from 12 PM to 1:00 PM. Your registration for the all-day seminar includes the lunch presentation. You do not need to do a separate registration.

The afternoon portion of the all-day seminar will begin at 1:15 PM and go until 5:00 PM.

*If you register for the all-day seminar, your lunch session registration is already included. You do not need to submit a separate registration for the lunch session.
