We will review the difference between medical and recreational marijuana and what as an employer you can do to protect your staff as well as your organization. Tips on policy and program changes, testing methodologies and more.

After teaching college and dealing with drunk and stoned students, Vickie attended a convention. While there, she met a vendor selling rapid drug screens. The desire to test the students caused her to learn more. (Of course the Dean said no.) Several weeks later, a student was very drunk in class. This generated a call to that vendor, and Schmidt & Associates was started. From selling test kits to the need to administer them, Vickie spent time in Baltimore becoming Certified. Now nationally recognized in the industry, Vickie is back to the teaching aspects of life. She loves helping and teaching what she has learned in the 20+ years in the drug testing industry.
