Program Summary:

With our economy in full recovery, it is a critical time for HR to step back and develop a strategy that ensures sustainability in our dynamic markets. As we experience increased competition for talent, rising costs of operations, greater demands from our customers and constantly changing technologies, we must implement people practices that drive success.

However, empirical research repeatedly tells us that traditional performance management practices have a negative impact on business results. In this session we will ask and answer key questions about the ROI of the traditional annual performance review platform. We will introduce evidence-based innovations that are gaining traction in the modern workplace.

Learning Objectives:

1. Attendees will be asked to consider the cost of their current PM system

2. Attendees will introduce to the Talent ROI

3. Attendees will discuss performance quantifiers

4. Attendees will be introduced to several evidence-based PM innovations
