"Bridging the Gap!" Successful Partnerships for Internships

Presenter: Loren Haagenson, SPHR, Human Resource Instructor, Minnesota State Community and Technical College

Program:An internship is a mutually beneficial partnership between a student, a business, and a college.  This type of partnership combines creative talent with a well-structured and meaningful work experience related to the participant’s academic or career interests.  This session will identify how to build a successful partnership with both students and the colleges that they attend.  We will hear from colleges, business partners and student Interns related on how to create a win/win/win for a successful internship program.
