Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Strategies for Superior Group Process
The Corporate Adventures Five Dysfunctions of a Team workshop will define teamwork into a set learnable team behaviors. These behaviors are taught though a sequence of five skill workshops. These workshops benchmark your teams performance, teach specific "research-based" best practices, and guides your team towards specific behaviors. The specific behaviors are outlined in Patrick Lencionis book Overcoming the the Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A field guide. The Five Dysfunctions of a Team training was developed by Patrick Lencioni and outlined in Patrick Lencionis Five Dysfunctions of a Team Facilitators guide. Corporate Adventures utilizes this facilitator guide in helping teams understand how to change through a series of five workshops outlined below. The goal is to overcome the Five Dysfunctions of a Team by clarifying how teams build trust, mine for conflict, commit to ideas, hold each other accountable, and measure results. The workshops below are used to facilitate teams though a process to change behaviors over time to create superior group processes that save time, money, and resources.
