Luncheon Program Summary

In our luncheon keynote, we will discuss how to recognize the signs, patterns and risk levels of self-sabotage and how to identify it in others – be it direct reports, peers or senior leadership. We will also study why people sabotage their own success.

Leadership from Within: Staying on Top of Your Game

Being on top of your game can be a challenge with tough competition, conflicting priorities and people around you who don’t always appear to be on the same team. How can you keep inspired to be a top-notch leader both on and off the court? How can you get intentional and master self-leadership so you can truly be an example for others? Come to this session to get strategic about the art of self-mastery and the mindsets that matter for leaders at any level.

 

Learning Objectives:

·       Recognize leadership strengths

·       Identify keys to becoming an effective leader

·       Discover the pitfalls to avoid

·       Choose one area to start taking action toward improvement

 

Unnecessary Roughness: Dealing with @*&%#$ Bosses

Have you ever heard the adage, you don’t quit your job you quit your boss? We’ve all had a difficult boss at one time. Maybe you even have one today. In this session we’ll explore difficult bosses - what they do, why they do it, why they don’t see things the way we do, and learn how to manage them.

Learning Objectives:

·       Five indicators of a difficult boss

·       Differences between an adequate boss and a difficult boss

·       Reasons difficult bosses don’t detect others’ emotions

·       Prescription for prevention

·       The difficult boss self-test”

  

Speaker Biographies

Rick Holmberg is a Peak Performance Coach who works with individuals and organizations in a wide variety of areas, particularly emotional intelligence. At 2 Levels Up Coaching, he helps his clients utilize knowledge, skills, attitudes, and habits to help them realize their vision in life, grow their confidence, focus on their core strengths, and achieve their dreams. Teresa Lewis is a mindset coach, inspirational speaker and facilitator with over 25 years in the business world, primarily HR. Through her company Get Inspired, Teresa helps individuals and organizations get better results. She is an engaging and interactive facilitator who brings practical application to ideas and dreams, providing inspiration to audiences of all sizes. Her specialties include: inspirational speaking, one-on-one coaching, small group Success Mindset Retreats, DiSC behavioral style assessment and interpretation, and customized workshops for organizations.
