Program Summary

Successful HR leaders take an active role in goal setting, feedback and hold their people accountable. But doing so in a supportive way is critical for the members of the team to feel that what they do makes a difference, keep engagement levels high, and ultimately achieve optimal results.

This month’s discussion will focus on how you can instill in your teams the importance of responsibility, expectations, production, and goal development to create a culture of high performance. You will learn tips to build employee engagement that drives positive outcomes, and best practices for holding individuals and teams accountable to the agreed upon goals. Please come prepared to share some of you best practices and challenge areas!
