HR Internship with Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND
The HR Intern will provide quality service by delivering assistance and administrative support to the IT HR Business Partner on various responsibilities and projects, including but not limited to posting jobs to various job boards, building and maintaining databases, assist with applicant flow, etc. When time permits, the intern would provide the same level of assistance and support to other HR Business Partners.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
Office administration procedures
Standard Office equipment operation
Excellent knowledge of proper spelling, grammar, and writing
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
Good to excellent writing skills
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external sources
Education and/or Experience
Education requirements will be the qualified applicant will be pursuing or recently earned a B.A. or
B.S. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline - or with a concentration/interest in the Human Resources field.
This internship will be scheduled for up to 25 hours per week for up to two months. We will work with class schedules. The rate of pay for this position will be $13/hour
