Gapology was written to be a comprehensive tool for leaders to apply in their daily lives in order to move their teams and themselves closer to their goals and expectations. This training workshop is designed to take participants through the methods laid out in the book and help provide real-world strategies to help quickly identify and close the performance gaps that we all experience each day.
